MEDIUM POWER

The medium power amplifier MMICs can deliver a P1dB output power up to 33 dBm or 2-Watt.
The MMIC are used in the final stage in the wireless transmission systems as well as the driver amplifiers.

The medium power amplifiers are design frequency band up to 3 GHz and the linearity can be up to 49 dBm in OIP3.

The Adjacent Channel Power Ratio can be as good as -45 dBc with 25 dBm output power.

These components are used in wireless communication systems such as TETRA, LTE, WLAN and RFID applications

Reference design and evaluations kits are available for concept and performance testing.
