K-BAND DEVICES

In section we offer power amplifiers in gallium nitride and low noise amplifiers in gallium arsenide in the Microwave band up to Ka-band.

The portfolio includes a variety of amplifiers including internally-match FET, MMIC and HEMT devices.  

These devices are mainly used in SATCOM and Radar application.
