The RF switch is from DC up to 60 GHz. These components use UltraCMOS® technologies, based on highly insulating substrates.
The UltraCMOS® technology offers an on-par or better performance and price point than the traditional GaAs technology, with even less power consumption and higher frequency. This is because the UltraCMOS® offers a better Ron × Coff performance, which is an indicator of the switch’s quality and capability index to perform in the higher frequency bands.
