DIGITAL PHASE SHIFTERS
This phase shifter can be used for cellular band and the L-Band applications. The phase shifter has 8-bit resolutions with a step size down to 1,4 degrees.
The main applications are for phased array and beamforming antenna applications - an ideal solution for optimizing transmission phase angle with low phase and amplitude error.
This Monolithic solution integrates both the RF phase shifter and digital control functions. The digital control interface comes with parallel and serial programming options.
Evaluations kits and PC software tools are available for concept and performance testing.
Doherty solution used in power-amplifiers in cellular infrastructure application is also available. These components are called MPAC and are used for controlling both phase and amplitude thus optimizing the PAs efficiency.
